With more than 15 years’ experience in various senior financial roles, including firm partner, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and controller, Chad’s experiences have included working for small family businesses, many companies in the energy industry, and numerous local businesses. During his career, Chad has created financial, accounting, operational, and HR systems that have helped companies be more efficient, effective, and profitable.

Franz has built a career in computer science and has studied large language models over the past decade. He brings a sophistication and passion for the discipline to Great Lakes AI. Originally from central Europe, he is a dynamic thinker at the forefront of the current artificial intelligence revolution. He currently resides outside of Philadelphia but spends most weeks in a month on the road. When he’s not working, which is most of the time, he enjoys boating and going out with friends and colleagues.

Matt is a forward-thinking leader, financially-savvy innovator, and serial entrepreneur - also NOT the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. He was born and raised in the Cleveland area, studied at the University of Notre Dame, and has been a licensed CPA since 2012. He is passionate about unlocking the fullest potential for each person and each organization. He is grateful to be at home in Ohio and enjoys working tirelessly to support his partners and clients.
